The alumina ceramic substrate is one of the most basic part for electronic industry. The ceramic substrate is used in thick film HIC, focusing potentiometer, glass glaze potentiometer, chip resistor and substrate carrier for DBC, semiconductor refrigerator , a variety of sensors, in addition to high density IC package and substrate material. 96%A2O3 ceramic substrate produced by our company has the features such as good consistency in thickness, high surface finish, uniform micro-constitution and excellent machine and electric properties.
