　　TBP 三相组合式过电压保护器是一种新颖的过电压保护器件，主要用于35KV 及以下电力系统，保护变压器、开关、电动机、并联补偿电容器等电气设备，可限制大气过电压及各种真空断路器引起的操作过电压，对相间和对地过电压均能起到可靠的限制作用。

　　TBP三相组合式过电压保护器由四只避雷器组成四星形接法，从而使各相地、相间的过电压都得到保护。由于结构上的巧妙配合，一组过压保护器可起到相对地保护作用。同时克服了简单的三只避雷器星形接法不能更好保护相间过电压的缺点。

　　三相组合式过电压保护器是针对现行单只避雷器过压保护的弱点设计的一种新型组合式过电压保护器。该保护器由四只避雷器组成，具有其它同类产品不可比拟的特点和优点。

　　本产品选用阻燃、耐老化的硅橡胶做外壳材料，从内部引出四根硅橡胶高压电缆和氧化锌阀片整体硫化一次模压而成，故其电气绝缘性能好、介电强度高、密封性能好、抗电蚀、耐老化，而且体积小、安装方便，无需考虑相间距离和爬电距离，可根据现场情况灵活安装。

　　TBP Three phase composite over-voltage protector is a new and original over-voltage protective device. It is used in AC power system for under 35KV to protect the electric equipment insulation for transformer, motor, paralleled compensation capacitor, etc. This product can limit to atmosphere over voltage and operation over voltage caused by vacuum breakers, in addition, it can play secure limitation to over voltage of the phase to phase and the phase to earth.

　　TBP three phase composite type over-voltage protector connects with four stars type by four arresters composing diagram, so that every phase to ground and phase to phase over voltage can be protected. because of the clever mating, one set arrester takes phase to earth protective affect. Meantime, overcoming fault that simple three arresters star shape connecting can not protect the phase to phase over- voltage better.

　　Three-phase composite type over-voltage protector is designed in the term of faults of current over voltage protector. This protector includes four groups ZnO valve elements, it has the super excellent features that other similar products can not compete with it.

　　The housing of this product is made of flame-resistance and anti-aged silicon rubber, because four HV cables made of silicon rubber can be leaded out, and the whole of ZnO valve element is proceeded integrated sulphation and primary die stamping, the protector can show many advantage such as good electric insulation, high dielectric strength, anti-electric corrosion, anti-aged, small volume, convenient insulation, the distance among phases and creepage distance can not be considered, the protector can be installed flexibly in the term of location.

　　使用注意事项Use notes

　　过压保护器在投入前和运行一年后，应按以下要求做检测试验：

　　1、直流V1mA的测量：

　　分别在过压保护器的A与D、B与D、C与D和A与C、B与C、A与B端施加直流电压，待流过其电流稳定于1mA后，读出电压值并要求不低于其规定值为合格。并做记录，超标更换。建议每年检测一次。

　　2、直流漏电流测量：

　　分别在保护器的A与D、B与D、C与D和A与B、A与C、B与C端施加75%V1mA电压待稳定后，读出电流值，应不大于50μA为合格。在投入运行前检测，建议每年检测一次。

　　3、过压保护器所保护的电气设备做耐压试验时，应将其退出。

　　4、卸装本产品时，严禁用手提电缆线。

　　The over-voltage protector should be tested before use after operation each year as following testing items:

　　1、Test of DC U1mA voltage

　　CD voltage is applied to A-D、B-D、C-D、A-C、B-C and A-B terminals respectively. After the current stabilized to 1mA，record the voltage value. If the voltage value is large than specified value，the protector qualified. Recommend that test one time each year.

　　2、Dc leakage current

　　DC 75% U1mA voltage is applied to A-D、B-D、C-D、A-B、A-C and B-C terminals respectively. After voltage becomes stabilization， record the current value. If the current value is not large than 50μA，the protector is qualified. This test should be done before use. Recommend that test one time each year.

　　3，When doing the voltage-withstand test，the electric equipment protected by the over- voltage protector should be disconnected.

　　4、When dismounting the over- voltage protector，can not carry the leads of the over-voltage protector by hand.
